She was predeceased by: her mothers, Faye Green and Ruby Geraldine (Wiginton); her husband Leo Glenn Leonard; her siblings, Eddie Green and Cecilia Green; and her son-in-law David "Booby" Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy, Caylyn Polm of Jennings, Charla, Charlie Clark of Drumright, Randee Polm of Jennings, Mindi Polm, Kevin Reed of Drumright and Leo Leonard of Kansas; her grandchildren, Wyatt, Chelsee, Teagan, Paige, William, Tess, Jesee, Khylee, Rhylee, Ashley, Lexi, Aiden, Anna, Kyton, Trinity and Zander; her great grandchildren, Liam, Easton, Axton, Audrie and Collins; her sisters, Donna Dillon of Tulsa, Cindy and Dale Patterson of Jennings; and her pet Ellee Mae. She is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins & other relatives and friends.
