She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Grandvill Zumwalt and Bethel Ophelia Zumwalt (Morphew); and her son Brian Kelly Burden. She is survived by: her children, Shelly Goff of Jenks, Melanie Osterhout of Jenks and Patrick Burden (Renee) of Glenpool; her daughter-in-law Krista Burden of Bristow; her grandchildren, Brandy, Leon, Kelsey, Blake, Drake and Brooklyn; her great grandchildren, Leon, Zoe, Bryce and Zane; and her brother Bob Zumwalt (Beverly) of Cushing.
