She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Meeks and Alice Meeks (Wilson); and her siblings, Billy Joe Meeks and Norma Koehn-Brown. She is survived by: her sons, Justin Stonehocker (Mandy) of Coweta, OK and Robert Stonehocker of Drummond; her grandchildren, Caelen Hendrix of Coweta, Josiah Stonehocker of Colorado Springs, CO and Prestin Stonehocker of Coweta; and her brothers, Jimmy Wilson of Mt. Vernon, MO and Bobby Meeks of Meno, OK. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Memorial contributions in Barbara's name may be made to Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Women's Resource Center in Barbara's honor, to continue spreading the kindness and love that she so effortlessly gave to the world, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as the custodian of the funds.
