He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Stovall and Joan Crews-Thorp; and his grandson Kaleb George. He is survived by: his wife Bridget Stovall; his daughters, Crystal House (Jake House) of Yukon, OK and Stephne Smith of Enid; his grandchildren, Chloe Wright (Bailey Wright), Kyler George, Greg Smith, Grant Smith (Ariel Smith), Bianca House and Hadley House; his sister Cate Stovall; his siblings-in-law, Mike Lumbers (Patty Lumbers) and Sharon Skouby (Allan Skouby); and his nieces and nephews, Matt Lumbers (Shelly Lumbers), Luke Lumbers, Haley Jones (Shawn Jones), Matt Simpson, Shelby Simpson, Jay Yowell (Jamie Yowell) and Treg Yowell (Terry Yowell). He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
The family requests that memorials be made in Steve's honor to Fight Oar Die: Kaleb George Memorial Fund in lieu of flowers or plants with Brown-Cummings, A life celebration home serving as custodian of the funds.
