He was predeceased by: his siblings, Billie Joan Posey, Doris June Carlson, Bobby Lee Andrews, Stacey LaVern Andrews and Stephen Michael Andrews; and his daughter Deborah Susan.
He is survived by: his sister Nadine Madzik of Dallas; his niece Katherine Dawn (Denton Rossell Johnson) of Fort Smith; his daughter Patricia Diane (James Dean Lyle) of Talala; his grandchildren, Jennifer Denise Scott, James Dean Jr., Jacqueline Diana, Johnathon David, Jessica Danielle, Julianna Desiree and Joseph Donald; his son Jeffrey David Andrews (Tammy Sue) of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Jeffrey David Jr., Kimberly Sue, Logan Michael, Vincent Mitchell, Zachary Michael, Bradley Matthew, Joshua Marcus and Cierra Morgan Hubler; his son Daniel Keith Andrews (Melissa Renee) of Alma; his grandchildren, Michael Kendall Gartrell and Brittany Nicole Ross; and also Cameron Paul. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and scores of cousins, nieces and nephews.
