It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doug Spencer of Douglas, Oklahoma, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on July 5, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dale Spencer and Norma Fensler Spencer; and his brother Scott Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Janice Spencer of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his children, Laura Meyers (Robert) of Lancaster, Bryan Spencer (Ruth) of Bryan and Phil Spencer (Lorie) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Bruce Spencer of Ottawa and Marcia Frederick (John) of Toledo, Ohio. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many friends and extended family.
