He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Worth (Maxine Millikan) and Velma Maxine Millikan (Holmes). He is survived by: his wife Sheryl L. Green; his children, Bryce Millikan (Kim), Grant Millikan (Ashley) and Jacklyn Smittle (Chris); his siblings, John Millikan (Kathy) of Vinita and Cheryl Loveless (Ralph) of Claremore; his grandchildren, Carson, Mallory Jaggars, Halle and Brandt Millikan; and his nieces, Ashley Loveless and Nicole Millikan.
