He is survived by: his wife Glenda Newsom of Dibble; his children, LaDonna Newsom of Dibble, John Newsom of Dibble and Glenn Newsom of Dibble; and his siblings, Emma Dell Taubert of Wichita Falls, Linda Newsom of Blanchard and J. B. Newsom (Kay) of Dibble. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
