He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Fish and Beatrice Fish (Ray) of Missouri; and his sister Betty Joan Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Lavada Fae Fish of Dibble; his children, Odell Fish of Dibble and Debbie White (Grady) of Dibble; his grandchildren, Bryan Palmore (Tracy), Kayla Hedrick (Brandon), Mark Palmore and Trapper Fish (Natasha); his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Noah, Eli, Harper Jo, Hixon, Caleb, Gunner and Everly; and his brother Johnny Fish (Sharon) of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
