He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bradford Douglas and Ann Douglas (Harris); his brothers, Gary and Bill Douglas; his granddaughter Heather Hickman; and his nephew Billy Douglas.
He is survived by: his children, Coy Douglas, Bryan Douglas, Holly Douglas and Shanda Douglas; his grandchildren, Austin, Drake, Cody, Ozzy, Gracie, Owen, Kipper and Heath (Megan); his child Shannon Harrell; his siblings, Joe Douglas and Julie Bybee; his sister-in-law LaVerne Douglas; his nephews, Shane and Jeff; and his niece Tammy. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Eisenhour Funeral Home (2500 N Council Ave, Blanchard, OK 73010). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
