She is survived by: her husband Joseph Slape; her sons, David Jacobs (Katherine Jacobs), Tim Jacobs (Jennifer Jacobs) and Vernon Jacobs; her grandson Michael Tindall; and her sisters, Caroul (Steve Brant), Loria (Eric Grisham) and Aside. She is also survived by loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
