With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Dean Powell of Dewey, Oklahoma, born in Independence, Kansas, who passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Powell and Lydia Ladene Fortney; and his son Jeffrey Powell. He is survived by : his wife Trudy Powell; his son; Thomas Dean Powell Jr.; his daughter-in-law; Marilyn Powell; his daughter; Sarah Keeler; his son Jimmy Powell; his daughter-in-law Vanessa; his grandchildren, Taryn Powell, Peyton Reitinger, Taylor Burns, Hayley Powell, Brandon Catlin, Cameron Misenhelter, Aiden Keeler, Rhylie Powell, Aiden Powell and Alaina Powell; and his siblings, John (Sue), Bob (Gwen), Bill (Sandy) and Marilyn (Randy).
