She is survived by: her former husband Raymond A. Luis; her son Micky Montgomery (Cindy) of Keller, TX; her husband Tom of Dewey, OK; her daughters, Amy LaSpisa (Joe) of Dewey, OK and Shari Baker of Dewey, OK; her grandchildren, Jacob, Rebecca Montgomery, Chase, Kate, Jake LaSpisa, Brannon, KaSandra Adkins, Taber, Ryan Adkins, Kenlie Adkins and Addie Baker; her great grandchildren, Oaklee, Kannon and Wiley Adkins; and her siblings, Danny Shaw (Judie) of Broken Arrow, OK, Joey Shaw (Patti) of Edmond, OK and Cassandra Sutherland (Terry) of Richmond, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
