She is survived by: her son David Gay (Adina); her husband Duane; her children, Jimmie Leroy Gay (Tammy), Sharon Eutsler (Rick), Kenneth Gay (Dana) and Donny Gelwick (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Tamra Waddell, Brenda Hicks, Ashley Adams, Jennifer Herlihy, Ricky Eutsler, John Eutsler, Jimmy Eutsler, Kasey Gay, Tiffany Powell, David "Bubba" Gay, Grace Gay, Caleb Gelwick and Abbey Gelwick.
