We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 66, Richard Leslie Jay of Dewey, Oklahoma, born in Caney, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Donald Leslie; his brothers, Ronald Jay and Leonard Jay; and his grandparents, Leslie, Lutie Jay, Oney and Flora Wilson.

He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Jay (Wilson) of Copan; his sister Lorraine Thomas; and his brother-in-law Warren Thomas of Bartlesville. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
