She is survived by: her husband Philip Hays, III of Bartlesville; her son Philip, IV; her parents, Jan Webb of Guthrie and Marla Peek of Guthrie; her siblings, Michael Merritt (Kristen) of Guthrie, Katie Young (Jerred) of Colorado Springs and Kelley Bettis (Jeff) of Edmond; her nieces and nephews, Cora, Hanna Bettis, Jadyn, Nolan and Jaxon Young; her mother-in-law Emily Hays; her sister-in-law Michelle Hays of Bartlesville; and her grandparents, Ann Webb of Guthrie, Fred and O'Maira Jones of Edmond. She is also survived by aunts, along with many cousins and friends.
