She was predeceased by: her former husband Clayton Donnell; her parents, Marjorie Boyd and Paul Boyd; her daughter Amanda Donnell; and her sisters, Carol Stoy, Pamela Smith and Betty Ratliff.

She is survived by: her husband Danny Blevins; her daughter Tracey (Bill Powell); her stepchildren, Danna Purdunn (Jeff Prentice) and Terry Blevins; her sisters, Sharon Lockman, Kim Termain and Sally Boyd; her grandchildren, Clayton, Lacee Powell, Colton Powell, Makala Burch, Hannah Powell, Brooklyn, Matthew Adams, Cutter Stevens, Daniel, Christin Blevins, Kiah Purdunn and Reese Purdunn; and her great grandchildren, Brexleigh, Maizee Adams and Wynona Blevins.
