He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle E. Palmer and Betty L. Palmer (Mayne); and his brother Martin Palmer (Lynn). He is survived by: his daughter Tona Wood of Dewey; his grandchildren, Kiara Wood of Richardson, TX and Collin Wood of Choctaw, OK; and his siblings, Larry [Diane] Palmer of Dewey and Kathy VonCannon of Coffeyville, KS. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
