She is survived by: her parents, Charles Ballew and Majorie Ballew (Welch); her spouse Russell Leo Fincher; and her sons, Larry Fincher (Debbie) of Dewey and Gary Fincher of Marietta. She is also survived by five grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.
