He is survived by: his wife Dolores Horn; his children, Patricia "Patty" Hays (Tom) and Rodney Horn; his sister Betty Bushey; and his grandchildren, Shanna Parham (Casey), Trina Wickham (Noah), Amy Barr-Rust, Jennifer Williams and Kelly Elvington (Horn). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
