He is survived by: his wife Therese; his sons, Jay Slack (Shannon), Caleb Tennison and Justin Tennison (Sara); his grandchildren, Hallie Biesiadecki, Carson Tennison, Whitlie Tennison, Jasper Slack, Jaxon Tennison and Jarrett Tennison; and his stepmother Judy Tennison. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and his many good friends.
