He is survived by: his wife Mary Shipley Epps of Dewey, OK.; his sister Shirley Epps Vaughn of Springfield, MO.; his children, Gary Epps (Sandra Huggins Epps), Mary Epps-Welch, Craig Epps (Natalie Norwood Epps) of Dewey, OK and Janice Epps Gorbaty of Meraux, LA.; his grandchildren, Amy Epps David of Edmond, OK, Robyn Epps Ramer of Edmond, OK, Jason Gorbaty of Edmond, OK, Heather Epps Ellis of Coweta, OK and Russell Gorbaty of Chalmette, LA.; his stepdaughters, Dianna Smith Phelps (Jeff) and Denise Smith Margerum; and his stepgrandchildren, Angela Phelps Jeffers (Bobby), Sabrina Phelps Schmittle (Michael) and Kyle Margerum.
