With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Louise Duncan of Dewey, Oklahoma, born in Baxter Springs, Kansas, who passed away on October 17, 2020 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Louise Duncan to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Jeffrey W. Duncan (Melissa) of Oronogo, MO, Vivian L. Smith of Bartlesville, OK, Yvonne M. Rainey (Clint) of Bartlesville, OK and Anita J. Baker of Joplin, MO; her parents, George and Mayme Gosa (Benton); her children, Yolanda Lane, Ronald Lane and Reggie Lane (Regis); her sisters, Juanita Duke and Jural Jones; her nephew Walter Jones; and her former husband Jessee Lane. She was also cherished by 20 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

Memorial donations may be made to Westside First Baptist Church or Hopestone Cancer Support Center Bartlesville in care of the funeral home.
