She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jewell Scott and Arta Viola English (Ellis); her former husband Donald Stong; her husband Pat LaFave of Seiling; and her children, Greg Stong of Enid, Ronnie Stong of Seiling and Shelley Garibay of Taloga, OK.. She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-granddaughter, nieces, other family members, and a host of friends.
