He is survived by: his children, Debbie Minter (George), Cathy Etheridge (Jimmie), Steve Ketchum, Mark Ketchum (Danielle Wagner) and Jim Ketchum (Linda); and his grandchildren, Chris Minter (Kristen), Jeremy Batchelder (Lindsay), Danelle Cook, Heather Hunter, Michele Hawkins (Brady), Shanna Boyd, Chase Ketchum (Erica), David Schulte and Jimmy Dale Schulte.
