He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Ropp, Edward Ropp, Henry Ropp, John Ropp, Ray Ropp, Walter Ropp Jr., George Ropp, Betty Ropp and Martha Ropp; his daughter-in-law Jean Ropp; and his stepgrandson Jason.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Joan Blount; his sons, Rick (Nancy) and Chris (Cathey); his niece Vickie Ropp Sprague (Carl); his sister Florence Jackson Hedges; his sister-in-law June Ropp; his granddaughter Madison Ropp (Lukasz Dabrowski); and his stepgrandchildren, Lisa, Dan, Kevin and Ryan. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
