He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hebert Smith and Beulah Mae Smith; his wife Betty Jo Fellner; and his siblings, W. J. Smith, R. H. Smith, Paul Smith, Fern Shiver, Billie Keilich, Peggy DuPont and Ruth Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Katie Griffin (Bill) and Penny Quinn (Doug) of Bartlesville; and his siblings, Gayle Risden of Octavia and Larry Smith of Octavia. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
