It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lance Hammack of Dewar, Oklahoma, born in Henryetta, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 14, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Guy Hammack and Lucille Hammack (Jones). He is survived by: his sisters, Beverly McIntosh (Ledtkey) of Norman, Diane Hester (Larry) of Dewar and Terri Stiver of Dewar. He is also survived by ten nieces & nephews, thirty three great nieces and nephews, one great-great-nephew, as well as a host of other relatives, church family and friends.
