She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Ray Cloud and Annette Cloud (Carter); her husband Richard D. Carter; her son Phillip D. Carter; her grandson Austin Carter; and her sisters, Opal Kennedy and Doris Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Carroll Carter (Diane), Alice McGowen (Mike) and Eric Carter (Denise); and her grandchildren, Ryan Carter, Savannah Carter, Mitch McGowen (Olivia), Malia Fields (Ki), Micah McGowen (Kimberly) and Brianna Holland (Brandon). She is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren; Also by a host of friends, other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Integrity Funeral Service (410 E Trudgeon St, Henryetta, OK 74437). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dewar First Baptist Church (507 W 6th St, Henryetta, OK 74437).
