He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Hazel Dodge (Perry); his wife Betty Dodge; his brother Ernie Wayne Dodge; his nephew Chuck Kerr; and his niece Anjanette Dodge.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Dodge (Edward Girard) and Tina Payne (Clay) of Henryetta; his granddaughter Emily Payne; his brothers, Paul Dodge (Darlene) of Tiger Mountain, Morris James Dodge (Susan) of Henryetta and John Kerr (Wilma) of Henryetta; his nieces, Teresa Lewis, Jennifer Whitworth and Vickie Dodge; and his nephew Derek Dodge.
