She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilden Joe Spurlock, Sr. and Bessie Beatrice Spurlock (Dodge); her husband Rev. Floyd Rutland; and her siblings, Billy Jack Spurlock, Sr., James Bennett Spurlock (Jimmy), Tilden Joe Spurlock, Jr. and Betty Jo Hamilton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Huckabay, Rev. Dale Huckabay of Dewar, Janet Davidson (John) of Broadlands, Virginia and Debee Newport (John) of Bixby; her sister Bonnie Pulliam of Ronhert Park, California; her grandchildren, Charla Newport of Bixby, Kyle Huckabay (Jenny) of Henryetta, Nathan Huckabay (Christina) of Henryetta, John A. Davidson (Sarah) of Vienna, Virginia, Emily Davidson of Broadlands, Virginia, Joseph Davidson of Broadlands, Virginia and Rachel Davidson of Broadlands, Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Olivia, Brooke Huckabay of Henryetta, Theodore, Remi Huckabay of Henryetta and Maria Davidson of Vienna, Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
