She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Miracle and Juanita Miracle (Keithley); her husband Tom "Rusty" Noel; her children, Ricky Noel, Russell Craig Noel and Thedalou Noel; her daughter-in-law Jacque Noel; and her sister-in-law Charla Miracle.
She is survived by: her son Ronald; her daughter-in-law Lisa Noel of Grandfield, OK; her daughter Teresa Ramirez of Buffalo, TX; her siblings, Jimmy Loy Miracle of Devol, OK and Mary Beth; her brother-in-law Harvey Doty of Devol, OK; her daughter-in-law Debbie Noel of Moore, OK; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Foster, Leah Foster, Thomas Noel and Claire Jones; and also, Dustin, Amy Noel, Brenton Noel, Chris Noel, Caitlin Hudson, Kamber Noel, Justin Foster, Nathan, Erica Jones, Marissa Jones, Chandler Hunt and Reyna Ramirez. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
