He is survived by: his mother Jackie Powell of Devol, OK; his children, Dalan Powell (Chelsie), Madison Rollins (Clint) and Payton Powell (Kadyn Spradlin) of Devol, OK; his grandchildren, Ava, Case and Emma; and his brothers, Greg Powell (Karla) and Brian Powell (Debbie). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
