She is survived by: her children, Ron Kohutek (Susan), Doug Kohutek (Susanne), Devryl Lynn Ginn (Buzzy) and Donna Zweiacker of Devol, OK; her son-in-law Richard Aldahl of Arizona; her sister Mary Shinkle of Walters, OK; her grandchildren, Casie Burrell, Scott Kohutek, Jodi Kohutek, Monica Helberg, Chris Kohutek, Michael Zweiacker and Marcus Zweiacker; her great grandchildren, Tyler Burrell, Kameron Kohutek, Parker Kohutek, Paxton Kohutek, MacKenzie Kohutek, Micah Zweiacker, Kenzie Zweiacker, Declan Mahoney and Kaulynn Kohutek; and her great great grandchild Ameer Burrell. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
