He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Eugene Brumley and Rose Ann Bailey (Duckett); his wife Sandra Brumley; his children, Christina Andes (Justin), Rachel Finnell (Rob), Stephen Barcelo and Brent McCarter (Brandon); his grandchildren, Brennon, Aubrey Finnell, Kallie and Kyndall Barcelo; and his brothers, Ronnie Brumley (Janet) and Donnie Brumley (Diana). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
