He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Johnston; and his brother Bobby Johnston. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Sager of Broken Arrow and Keri Johnston of Covington, Virginia; his brothers, Ricky Johnston (Robyn) and Stevie Joe Johnston; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Alex, Madison, Lilly and River.
