She was predeceased by: her parents, John Birdtail and Nancy Birdtail (Candy); her husband Charlie Thomas Spencer; and her siblings, Jim, Charley, Bill, Richard, Lee Birdtail, Sallie Birdtail, Maggie McElhaney, Annie Jumper and Jean Sam.
She is survived by: her cousin Susie; her daughter Juanita Gay (Spencer) of Welling; her grandchildren, Thomas Gay (Melissa) of Tahlequah and Miriam Hathcoat (Josh) of Welling; her great grandchildren, Damon Gay of Tahlequah, Katherine Gay (Grace) of Tahlequah, Miranda Gay of Tahlequah, Dylan Hathcoat of Tahlequah, Aurora Hathcoat of Tahlequah, Evangeline Gay of Tahlequah, Taylor Gay of Tulsa and Jonah Gay; and her great great grandchildren, Aussa Thompson and Vada Maness-Gay.
