She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Hodges and Ethel L. Hodges (Duncan); her husband Gail; her son Justin; and her grandson Dane Clark.
She is survived by: her sister Faye; her children, Tony (Wilma Springer) of Midwest City, OK and Rhonda (Joe Clark) of Sayre, OK; her daughter-in-law Karen Blankenship (Tony Blankenship) of Pearland, TX; her grandchildren, Rusty (Lorie Springer), Charissa (Isaac Byrne), Nathan (Emily Springer), Jacob (Laura Springer) and Dandi (Caullen Alexander); and her siblings, Ethel Mae Hobbs, Ellen Clute, Virgil Hodges, Eugene, Doyle, Dale, Marvin, Wilma, Edgar Lee, Betty Jo, Arthur Francis, Hoyt and Leon. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren (one on the way), numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, family, friends, and brothers and sisters.
