He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Gordon Owens and Mary Margaret Owens; and his sister Debben Owens. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kay Owens; his daughters, Johanna Teresa Owens-Jackson (Christopher Lee Jackson) and Erin Marie Owens-Antill (Russel Antill); his stepchildren, Joel McClain and Laura McClain; and his siblings, Ralph Owens, Daniel Owens, Jim Owens, Julie Smith and Pat Owens-Gutierre. He is also survived by family and friends.
