He is survived by: his sister Rhonda (Warren) Balsley (Robert); his nieces, Dana Sikes, Kelly Eldridge (Danny) and Kimberley Donaldson (Andrew); and his nephew Michael Meyers (Hailey). He is also survived by great nieces and nephews as well as several cousins.
