With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Howard David Rikard (Del City, Oklahoma), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 28, 2025 at the age of 69. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Howard David leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Howard David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Imogene Rikard (Shirley) and Benjamin Rikard; his sisters, Theta O'Hagan and Sharon Thompson; and his niece Tobi Holder.
He is survived by: his brother Philip Edward Rikard; his niece Amy O'Hagan; his nephews, Bruce O'Hagan and Glenn Holder; and his brother-in-law John O'Hagan.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sulphur Veterans Center (304 Fairlane Ave, Sulphur, OK 73086). A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sunnylane Cemetery (4000 SE 29th St, Del City, OK 73115).
