He was predeceased by: his father Winston Spencer Churchill. He is survived by: his mother Margaret "Darline" Churchill (Jones); and his siblings, Ronald Churchill (Cindy), Daniel Churchill (Paula), Timothy Churchill (Amy) and Amanda Churchill Phillips (John). He is also survived by cousins, family and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Prague Cemetery (1409 US-62, Prague, OK 74864).
