She was predeceased by: her son Dean Bellin (Judy) of Wakita; her grandson Shane Warren; and her stepsons, Vernis and Justin Burlie. She is survived by: her daughter Carol Jean; her husband Merble Bellin of Wakita; her children, LuGene Bellin of Wakita and Tammie Warren (Kevin) of Hallsville, Texas; her grandchildren, Ryan Bellin, Aaron Bellin, Jeremy Bellin (Jennifer), Jamie Underwood (Kenneth) and Jordan Bellin; her stepgrandchildren, James, Vernis and Justin Burlie; her great grandchildren, Preston Bellin (Sierra), Ashlynn Bellin, Tace Bellin, Jack Bellin, Chance Bellin, Matthew Underwood and Gunnar Bellin; her stepgreat-grandson Tyler Stewart (Sierra); and her great great grandchildren, Zoe, Zellar, Zarah and Zy Stewart.
A memorial has been established in her honor with St. Jude's Children's Hospital in c/o Roberts and Son Funeral Home, 120 W. Padon, Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
