He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ruffard and Della Mae Tallant (Stephens); his children, Michael and Lisa; and his siblings, Luan Adams and Richard Tallant.
He is survived by: his spouse Harvena Pettitt; his daughters, Kerry Koch (Melvin) of La Harpe, KS and Cindy Rochell (Jack) of Duncan; his grandchildren, Brandi Witt (Curtis) of Wilson, Bill Maddox (Kristin) of Elmore City, Wil Taylor of Duncan and Bethanee Taylor (Carlos) of Wayne; and his nieces and nephews, Dale, Dean, Tim, Kevin, Tracy and Becky. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
Per Bill's wishes, the family requests in lieu of flowers, charitable donations be made to the City Rescue Mission, St. Jude Children's Research Hospitals, Shriner's Hospitals; or a charity of your choice.
