He is survived by: his son Colby Eastman of Ardmore; his grandchildren, Kelsey Eastman of Plainview, Katy Eastman of Lone Grove and Kyle Eastman of Ada, Oklahoma; his daughter Nadalynn Price (Mark); his grandchildren, Alaina Price and Sam Price of Virginia; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Ellie Kate and Olen Ree.
The family has requested that memorial contributions in Memory of Curtis Eastman be made to the Mannsville Cemetery Association or the Lone Grove Church of Christ, PO Box 65, Lone Grove, Oklahoma 73443.
