He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Wallace and Millie Ned Wallace (Foster); and his stepfather Watson Ned. He is survived by: his children, Rosetta Foster of Joplin and Brian Foster of Tulsa, OK.; his siblings, Robert, Richard, Randall Ned, Roberta Henderson (Johnny) and Regina Ned; and his aunts and uncles, William Gaines, Rozella Gaines, Joy Whitebuffalo, Lula Taylor, Willie Mae Ahdunao, Henry Ned and Marvin Wallace.
