He is survived by: his wife Oneta; his sons, Keith Billings (Beverly) of Sulphur, Randy Billings (Lana) of Ardmore, Terry Billings (Shay), Josh Billings (Suzy), Randal Billings (Kaylea), Cali Lewis (Buddy), Jessi Pierce (Shawn) and Judd Bean (Beverly); and his siblings, Larry Billings of Stroud, Donna Stubblefield of Stratford, Cleve Billings of Sulphur and Paula Buchanan of Sulphur. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
