He is survived by: his caregiver Crystal; his wife Carolyn Lollar; his son-in-law Richard McCaulla; his children, Shelley McCaulla (Richard) of Davis, Oklahoma., Jonathan Neal (Glenene) of Wynnewood and David Neal (Kim) of Wilson; his sister Sue Beggs (Known) of Norman; and his uncle Sam'.
