He was predeceased by: his brothers, Johnie Garrett Harden, Jr and William Arthur Harden, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Zella; his children, Kay Lackey (Darrell), Ruthie Boan (Alvin), Dee Christie (Jim), Liz Dilbeck (Tommy) and Sable Harden, Jr of Sulphur; his stepdaughter Vickie Farmer (Randy) of Sulphur; his sons, Joe Dan Riddle of Sulphur and Kenneth Riddle (Creda) of Mill Creek; and his brother James E. Harden (Darla) of Sulphur. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
He died Saturday, May 12, 2018 in Sulphur, at the age of 88 years, 11 months and 3 days, following a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's.
