He is survived by: his father Jackson Roy "Cub"; his wife Detra; his children, Kelsey Jeane Blevins (Cassandra) of Davis and Cejae Royce Blevins of Davis; his grandchildren, Dakota Royce Blevins, Carlee Sue Blevins and Elizabeth Aonna; his mother Harriette Cottrell (Floyd) of Davis; his siblings, Terry Jon Blevins of Hennepin, Dale Fondren of Davis, Casey Blevins of Missouri, Callie Jo Blevins of Missouri, Liz McClure of Sulphur, Doug Branch and David Cottrell of Davis; his sister-in-law Mary Lou Branch; his stepmother Judy Blevins; his aunts and uncles, Bob-O Blevins, Geary Blevins, Debbie Hook, Teresa Bolin, Dena Slaughter, Buck and Sue Gay; and also, Kynlee, Adalynne and Anthony Larson. He is also survived by cousins and very dear friends.
